This is a lovely fresh 3 bedroom Bungalow aprox 200yds from the seafront.
It is a flat walk around most of Fairbourne and Friog but there is
a steep area leading up to the Beach area and down to the sea front.
There is a car park on the top of the beach area and there is a ramp from this
to the beach which goes down the stoney bank.
The Beach itself is flat ad sandy and is aprox 2 miles long, starting at Friog and finishing at the point.
The Bungalow is situated on a flat area of Fairbourne and the walk to the Shops and Beach is flat.
There is plenty of parking on our drive for at least 3 cars.
The drive and patio area are a little uneaven due to it being laid slate.
Access to the Bungalow is up a step into the Porch and then up another step into the hall.
Access can also be from the rear of the bungalow up a step and into the lounge/diner.
The inside of the bungalow is flat and each room has it's own door.
The garden is all the same level with a large area of lawn with shrubs around the outisde
and a childrens nature corner. There is a gate at the side to enable entrance into the back garden.
There is electrical switches in all bedrooms and living rooms, switches for bathroom are outside the door.
There are smoke alarms in the Hall, Youth's twin room and Lounge/Diner.
There is natural light through windows in every room and electrical lights in each room.
The Hall and Bedrooms have carpet floorings, the bathroom and kitchen has cushion flooring
and the lounge/diner has a wooden floor with a carpet in the centre.
The decoration of the bedrooms, hall, kitchen and lounge/diner are very light and fresh.
The Television and DVD player has a remote control but they also have buttons on them to press.
